Luca Nastasi works as a consultant and brings solid, hands-on experience from everyday construction work. He completed his apprenticeship as a bricklayer (EFZ) in 2019 and served in the Swiss military as a combat engineer machinery operator (construction equipment engineer) under the continuous service model. Since then, he has worked in building construction and new builds, renovations/remodelling, and landscaping, gaining experience as a machine operator and in site management. His main areas of focus are renovation projects and the safe operation of construction machinery. Luca works precisely and neatly, with a clear focus on practical, results-oriented solutions. In personal contact, he is friendly and open-minded and places great value on reliable execution and satisfied customers.

Nikita Kälin works as a consultant and has a solid professional background as a retail specialist in furniture (EFZ) as well as an interior design consultant (EFA). As the mother of three children, she combines empathy and strong organizational skills with high standards of reliability. She has been rooted in the industry since 2010 and brings many years of experience in interior design consulting. In addition, she has worked in administration and accounting and is therefore very familiar with organizational processes and workflows. As a lecturer for intercompany training courses at SMFV and as an exam expert in the furniture sector, she is actively committed to the ongoing development of her field. Her way of working is solution-oriented, friendly, and results-driven—with a clear focus on the individual needs of each customer.
